Victory Gardens is the area's newest community development consisting of 66 new single-family homes strategically adjacent to a federally protected wetlands. The new development compliments the successful development of Southtown Crossing utilizing local contractors and local suppliers keeping investment dollars circulating in the southeast and general Fort Wayne area.
